While our imaginations are anchored in the lore of seafaring legends, our compass points to the waters off Florida’s Gulf Coast, and the rivers and lakes of central Vermont.
We’re restaurant folks with a fishing habit, often daydreaming about tarpon or steelhead, forever inspired by the wild tales of those who came before us, raising a little hell in far-off harbors.
