While our imaginations are anchored in the lore of seafaring legends, our compass points to the waters off Florida’s Gulf Coast, and the rivers and lakes of central Vermont.
We’re restaurant folks with a fishing habit, often daydreaming about tarpon or steelhead, inspired by the guides and captains who are living the dream for all of us, one tide at a time.
